Returns & Refunds

1. How do I report a damaged or defective item?

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please email us immediately at support@bayte.com. Include photos and a brief description of the issue. We will guide you through the return process and cover the return shipping costs for these items.

2. What is your return policy for non-defective merchandise?

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days from the delivery date. The product must be in its original, unused condition and packaging.

3. How and when will I receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within 7 business days after we receive and inspect your return. They will be issued to the original payment method. You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed, reflecting any discounts used at the time of purchase.

4. How do exchanges work?

For the fastest service, return the original item for a refund and make a separate purchase for the new item. Once your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package.
