Free Shipping

We are pleased to offer free shipping on all orders within the contiguous United States. There are no minimum purchase requirements or special conditions. Please note that while we currently offer free shipping, shipping costs and options are subject to change due to external factors. We are considering adding expedited shipping options in the future to better serve our customers.

Please note, we do not offer International shipping.

Order Handling & Cut-off Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days, Monday through Friday. Orders placed after 5:00 PM Eastern Time or on weekends will be processed the next business day.

Order Transit Time

Delivery typically occurs within 3–7 business days after your order is placed. Some products may have longer lead times, which are noted directly on the product page.

Shipping Methods

Your order may ship via USPS, UPS or FedEx. Our shipping and delivery methods are tailored to ensure timely and reliable delivery of your orders.

Order Tracking

Track your order easily through our website. Enter your tracking number in our tracking portal or use the chat feature on the bottom right of the screen - just click the chat icon and select "Track my order." Make sure to use the same email address you used for the purchase. If you need any help, our customer support team is ready to assist you.

Sales Tax Information

New York Residents: Sales tax will be applied to all orders shipped to New York State residents. The tax rate will be calculated at checkout based on the shipping address.

Back-ordered or Out-of-stock

If an item is sold out, we will notify you and a full refund will be issued in the original form of payment.  If the item is back ordered, we will notify you within 48 hours and customer can choose to receive the item when the item is available, or receive a full refund.

Lost Shipments

In the rare event that an item is never received, please contact us at support@bayte.com. We will investigate the issue and may send a replacement or issue a refund based on the situation's specifics and our findings.
